Mission: To create genuine connections with people who have genuine connections to our clothing. Each piece tells a story - what's yours?
Naptown Thrift began during the summer of 2015 in a small closet sized storage unit. After collecting vintage clothing for most of our lives, we realized via Instagram that we were not alone. The unit became our base, putting all our finds into the tiny store and having friends come shop on an appointment basis.
Over the next year our customer base grew from friends to people around the city and state. At the same time, the amount of clothes we were finding was increasing rapidly. We eventually moved into a bigger unit and added an entire women's unit to accommodate our growing demand.
Over the years we outfitted a long list of Indy's best artists, creatives, and people, hosting interviews, photoshoots and videos all inside the unit.
We opened our first official brick and mortar storefront in 2018 which is located at 2174 E 54th St in Broad Ripple. If you are in the Indianapolis area, be sure to stop by and say whats up! We are closed Mondays, but open Tuesday through Thursday 12-6pm, Friday and Saturday 12-7pm, and Sundays 12-5pm.
